Use this form to request one-time and ongoing data from Arts & Sciences. Be sure to hit the red Submit button at the bottom of the form.

As we adjust to reporting out of Workday Student, completion times will be slower as we re-create all of our processes. Please allow 5 business days for us to review your request and respond with questions or feedback.
